GOYB week 2 and 3 check in

Combining the last two weeks, because they tell a story when placed together.

Week Two:
Did great on my goals for the first half of the week, despite a serious feeling of exhaustion on Wednesday. Woke up on Thursday feeling like I was drowning. Nearly passed out on my bike ride but blamed it on the weather. Drank electrolytes like crazy but did not feel better on Friday or Saturday.

Week Three:
Remained absolutely miserable until Wednesday, when I started feeling better. Finally by Friday I feel like I could walk around without dying. Haven't attempted the bike yet.

This week I need to get back on it. And hopefully not get all blarghy again!

Get Off Your Broom Take two Week One check in

Woo, the check-in is up so I can post this. Anymonkey, on to my progress with my goals. (Reading my prior post compels me to apologise for my terrible typographical errors. Its very hard to type coherently with a broken keyboard. I have a new one now, though.)

Earth
I did a So-So job here. Did really good until I went on a bike ride that accidentally lasted 5x what I planned because I got lost, then got lost again, then almost ended up on the freeway. Anyway after that I came home and ate a lot.

Air
Well.. I dragged my bum to class, so that counts right?

Fire
I'm doing pretty good at both of these, strength trained 5 times this week and biked 4. Plus various bike rides around town.

Water
Doing pretty good on the water front, I just need to remember to get electrolyte solution on board before I feel dizzy.

Spirit:
Epic fail.. I forgot all about this one.
There's always next week.

Goals for the week:

Earth: Write down what I eat. Plan meals and snacks so I don't just start eating randomly. Take my vitamins everyday.

Fire: Strength train 5 times this week. Bike 5 times this week.

Water: Drink a little bit of electrolyte solution every day. Passing out in class should NOT be repeated. :P

Spirit:
Get back on track with the book.

Overall I think I'm off to a good start. There are a few things that I want to change this week but I'll post about them next check-in.
